Intelligence...but how much???
I wonder what is the optimum amount of intelligence that a person can have.....I feel it should be directly proportional to the circumstances you are in....
...just enough to feel content with what life offers...enough to make lemonade when life throws lemons at you...
But, when life throws lemons at you and you are intelligent enough to know that orange juice tastes better.....then you are actually miserable...
Then again, if your circumstances are such that there are orange trees in the vicinity, then this intelligence is helpful....but what if you are in a place where there are no orange trees, no oranges ...not even seeds....
Yea, as a general rule, intelligence is useful....it gives you more choices and an ability to choose optimally....but there are situations in life when one is forced to humbly bow down to the sagely wisdom of "ignorance is bliss"
