Life's Like That - 3

Lady was in one of her most grumpy moods....the fact that Air Deccan delayed its morning flight to evening did not help matters...the additional fact that the airline representative chose 1:00 AM in the morning to inform of the delay didn't help either...the incidental result of having to miss an important meeting was brushed under the carpet as too insignificant to be bothered about...after all, not a life and death situation...

Lady sits at the airport royally bugged about the loss of a productive day and wondering why adjustments seem a one-way street...

In between her morose thoughts, she notices two kids trying to play with each other...One around 6 months old - Indian origin, crawling on its knees, barely able to stand up holding onto things. The other, around one and half years - a Caucasian with curly blonde hair happily walking around. They were finding it difficult to play as the younger one, much as he tried couldn't stand up and the elder one had to bend down to see eye to eye with him...The elder one was trying hard to help the younger baby stand up, but to no avail...By this time the entire set of waiting passengers were viewing their antics...

Then all of a sudden it happened - the elder boy stopped trying to make the younger one stand up...instead he just sat down and started crawling around with the baby...All the elders were surprised at this...Many wondered aloud - "He can walk, so why is he trying to crawl !" - but for the kid it seemed like the most obvious thing to do...and they continued to play oblivious of the surprised admiration of the elders...

Made lady realise that sometimes in life, it is beautiful to just slow down and change course to be able to play together !!!

Life does give you answers in the most unexpected ways...
